Established in 1982, Societe De La Reserve began as Sugar Cane Planters diversified into real estate developers on the west coast of Mauritius. The three apartment blocks at Sunset Avenue, Anna, Flic en Flac. Each apartment block will consist of a ground floor, first floor, second floor, and a third floor, also known as the penthouse. Each block will comprise 14 units,varying from two to three bedroom flats.
The entire development has been designed in accordance with the Planning Policy Guidance
(PPG).
A total of 85 parking spaces have been allocated for this project, including six dedicated
